Moreover, the Learning Experiences developed throughout the lifecycle of LEILA were presented, namely, LabRint Learning Experience and VUCA Learning Experience, which consist by seven Learning Modules, VUCA WhatADay! Simulation, VUCA WhatATean! Simulation, EQ (Estimate Quality) Game, CB (Collaboration Barriers) Game, FIFA World Cup Case, TV (Team Values) Game and the LEILA Playground.
The trial participants had the opportunity to get hands-on training with the LabRint Learning Experience software. Prior to that, the back-end developer partner presented in detail the core role of Inference Theory and Inference Schemes, which consist the approach adopted by LabRint Learning Experience. Furthermore, the players’ objectives were defined by scenario-based examples presented before the hands-on experience.
Following the same approach, participants were engaged in an interactive version of the VUCA Estimate Quality (EQ) module. Through this activity, participants had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge regarding estimates and further exploring the usefulness of estimates regarding decision making process.
LEILA’s Final Trial, successfully concluded the 26 month period of the project’s lifecycle.
