TENSOR Project presentation for the KEMEA 10+1 years anniversary

During the 1st day of the event, KE.ME.A.’s research projects were presented, according to the pillar they belong to. The TENSOR project overview, its aims, objectives and expected impact was presented to 400 participants, as part of the “Fight Against Crime and Terrorism” pillar.

The 2nd day of the event was divided into four workshops. The TENSOR project participated in the panel discussion regarding “Cybercrime and the use of technology to guard against them”, along with the head of the Cybercrime Unit and the Division head of Informatics of the Hellenic Police as well as professors representing the University of Piraeus and the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa. The objective of the panel discussion was to share and discuss current trends and cybercrime threats, including cyberterrorism and how the use of technology could assist in preventing, detecting and identifying such activities and the respective criminals which carry them out.
