The fact that I welcome you here, is a very pleasant occasion, but in the same time it stresses the responsibility we have taken up.

As you already know, our main planing is to provide the most up-to-date know-how to the high-ranked Security Officials of the country’s Critical Infrastructures network. Designed under the rational of a unified chapter, the Operational Planning follows the elaboration on the techniques of composing Vulnerability Studies, which are the foundation of the Operational Planning.

Distiguished speakers will deliver to us how Security in nowadays is mandated to be delt with spherical perspective, integrated, scientific methodology and analysis, but with full respect to Human Rights, without ignoring the importance of the economic factor. The Vulnerability Study is a dynamic core context of contemporain planning, as well as, the tool that each time it allows us to identify any threat and to be led to a safe Risk Assessement.
