Disasters can cause a full range of reactions as well as significant damage to communities, infrastructure systems and the economy. Therefore, strengthening general resilience in populations is a top priority.<\/p>\n The EU-funded STRATEGY project will develop a pan-European framework of pre-standardisation activities for systems, solutions and procedures. It will address crisis management, validated by sustainable tests and evaluation frameworks that can improve the crisis management and disaster resilience capabilities.
